Zircon LED Gel Filters

While our standard filters remain the industry benchmark for traditional light sources, LED technology has a unique spectral output. Our LED-optimised gels are tailored to handle the high energy of LED lights, providing a stable, reliable colour solution that stays true to your creative vision.

Zircon Filters are the professional solution for consistent colour, engineered to be 200 times more durable than standard filters and maintain over 85% efficiency for up to 20 months of continuous use*. Made from durable and heat-resistant materials, with a maximum working temperature of 180°C so they won’t buckle or burn out during long sessions. Used for filming and photography, as well as theatre lights, buildings and architectural use.

Specifically designed to fine-tune the inconsistencies often associated with LED lighting, with options for warming, cooling, correction and diffusion.

Get the Zircon Swatch Book for samples of all LED gels in the range. Buy in sheets or rolls. The most popular colours are available in self-adhesive disc format.

Tailoring LEDs for Every Environment

Whether you need to match existing fixtures or create a specific atmosphere, the Zircon range offers four essential ways to fine-tune your light:

Warming: Effortlessly convert cool, clinical LEDs into the inviting glow of tungsten or candlelight. Perfect for hospitality and residential settings.

Cooling: Clean up warm light sources to achieve a crisp, daylight-balanced output, ideal for workspaces or modern architectural highlights.

Correction: Eliminate the common "green spikes" found in many LED chips. These Light Filters ensure skin tones look natural and colours remain true to life.

Diffusion: Smooth out harsh "hot spots" and multiple shadows. Our diffusion LED Gels create a uniform, soft beam without significantly sacrificing light output

Used for filming and photography, as well as theatre lights, buildings and architectural use.

* Test data based on 11hrs continuous illumination per day over 20 months at 1-2cm clearance between LED chip and Lens/Filter interface. Average reduction in efficiency across all tested lamps was 12%. Performance may vary dependent on the individual application.
