This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.leefiltersdirect.com (the “Site”).  The Site is operated by Lee Filters Limited, a division of Panavision Europe Limited (Company Number 02532311 with a registered office address at Metropolitan Centre, Bristol Road, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 8GU (“Lee Filters,” “we” or “us”). 

For the purposes of applicable legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Lee Filters Limited is the “controller” of personal information collected through the Site.

 

Personal Information We Collect

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. 

In addition, when you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, device identification number and type, location information, browsing history, page views, traffic to and from sites, referral URL, ad data, web log information, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

 

How do we use your Personal Information?

We use the personal information that we collect to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including arranging for shipping and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Shopify and SagePay

Once you leave our Site or are re-directed to a third-party website or application (such as Sage Pay), you are no longer governed by this privacy policy and should review the privacy policy applicable to the sites you visit.

 

How do we Share Your Personal Information?

We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which includes our subsidiaries, from time to time.

We may also share your personal information with third parties including:

  • Service providers, including IT and data hosting companies such as Shopify and Sage Pay;
  • Third party companies in the event that we are involved in a corporate transaction such as an actual or potential merger, joint venture, consolidation or asset sale;

  • Regulatory authorities, including tax authorities;
